Terms of Service

Your commission may only be used for personal use and NOT commercial use, unless I receive royalties on the merch. I do not allow using my art as NFT or for training AI.
Icon and banner are allowed if I am credited on Bio (@dak3mii on Instagram)
or have a link on my social media.
Do not RETRACE, EDIT or REMOVE THE WATERMARKS on my works.Your commission can be declined or cancelled by me if I'm not fealling comfortable with it.As an Artist, I have the right to my artworks, posting on my social media and in my portfolio. I will be posting my works with watermarks and with low-quality. I am allowed to include my works in artbooks and artworks or selling products like prints. However, the client is allowed to tell me if the work can’t be posted at the moment, I will wait for the release date (Preview design or visual for Vtuber for example)DO NOT RUSH ME, and don’t be rude!!! I work on other projects so your commission can take a moment. Working time can take 2 weeks or 1 month depend on the project. However, I will send my progress (line art, coloring and shading) so don’t worry!!
And do not be afraid to text me to check how is it going, I don’t bite, I’m just shy (´艸`)Payment is through PayPal only. The payment must be sent after I sketch the work, and both parts have agreed with it. For expensive commissions like illustration (180€ minimum), I allow two-time payments (50-50), before starting the commission and after the final product.The client is authorized to change the work during the sketching process, and the coloring process for small adjustments.
You can cancel a commission at any time, but I will not be able to refund you if I start the last part of the project. Be understandable that I work on it and I don't do that for free. I have the right to decline a commission if you have rude behaviors or don't follow my TOS.Once finished, your commission will be sent at first in low-quality with watermarks via your social network for check-up. And once everything is fine (right payment included), I will send the work through email or google drive in high quality.
