Terms of Service

Your commission may only be used for personal use and NOT commercial use, unless I receive royalties on the merch. I do not allow using my art as NFT.
Icon and banner are allowed if I am credited on Bio (@Dak3mii on twitter) or have a link on my social media.
Do not RETRACE, EDIT or REMOVE THE WATERMARKS of my works.I have the right to decline or cancel your commission.As an Artist, I have the right to my artworks, posting on my social media and in my portfolio. I will be posting my works with watermarks and with low-quality. I am allowed to include my works in artbooks and artworks or selling products like prints. However, the client is allowed to tell me if the work can’t be posted at the moment, I will wait for the release date (Preview design or visual for Vtuber for example)DO NOT RUSH ME, and don’t be rude!!! I work on other projects so your commission can take a moment. Working time can take 2 weeks or 1 month. However, I will send my progress (line art, coloring and shading) so don’t worry!! And do not be afraid to text me to check how is it going, I don’t bite, I’m just shy (´艸`)Payment is through PayPal only. The payment must be sent after I sketch the work and both parts are agreed with it. For expensive commissions like illustration (200€ minimum), I allow two-time payments.
(50-50)The client is authorized to change the work during the sketching process, and the coloring process. You can cancel a commission as long as the payment is done.
If I cancel the work, you will be refunded 100% of the price. However, I will not be able to cancel the work if I already start and agree to the sketch.Once finished, your commission will be sent at first in low-quality with watermarks via Twitter/ Instagram for check-up. And once everything is fine (right payment included), I will send the work through email or google drive in high quality.
